We are excited to share that our dedicated team from Centric, Ventrolla, RFM Group and Harrogate Joinery successfully conquered the demanding Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on July 6th!
Covering roughly 26 miles and involving a total ascent of over 5,000 feet, our adventure was about more than just reaching the summits. It was about making a meaningful impact in the fight against dementia. Through our efforts, we proudly raised an impressive £2153 for the Alzheimer’s Society, an organization that offers hope and assistance to those affected by dementia.
Dementia touches many lives across the UK, affecting not only those diagnosed but also their families, friends, and caregivers. The Alzheimer’s Society is dedicated to providing crucial support, advice, and services to those impacted by dementia, while also funding research to discover a cure and enhance care standards.
Participating in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge allowed us to make a tangible contribution to this important cause. Every step we took and every peak we scaled was a stride towards bringing hope to those affected by dementia and moving closer to a world free from its devastating impact.
This challenge was about more than physical endurance; it was about teamwork, unity, and shared achievement. As colleagues from Ventrolla, RFM, Centric, and Harrogate Joinery, we stood together in our mission to make a difference.
