The clients required Centric to refurbish the first floor creating three offices each with a meeting room and refreshment area. Other elements included:
Centric used a highly trained Site Manager and Surveyor to oversee the project. We utilised our inhouse project management process and scheduling system to ensure a co-ordinated project plan was adhered to.
The refurbished building was completed to a very high standard, ready for three businesses to move straight into. The modern décor and amenities complimented by additional facilities such as shower room and bike storage will help ensure optimal rental income for the landlord.
Covid-19 restrictions were in place during the project. This required Centric to modify our operations to ensure the continued safety of everybody onsite. Thorough risk assessments and Covid-19 safety protocols were implemented. Centric were able to call upon our Facilities Management division to provide extra expertise.
