Before commencing on site, we fulfilled a detailed health assessment of our Construction Phase Plan. This included a Traffic Management Plan, Health and Safety Site Audits and Daily signing in and out registers for all staff visiting site. Works were sequenced to ensure minimum disruption whilst allowing full business continuity.
Over a 20-week period, the project included refurbishment and fit-out of the full ground floor, all stairs and toilet cores and reinstallation of the plant room.
We successfully delivered the project on time and within budget for a delighted client. Post project evaluations rated the project as extremely successful and the client went on to recommend Centric to partner companies.
